Hair Transplant comparisons, advantages and disadvantages
- Hair Transplant Method and Hair Transplant Technology – Your own hair is taken from the back areas of your head, not from the neck area but above the neck area where hair is very thick. Sometimes taking hair out of the sides towards the back area if these areas are thick enough. These are called Donor Areas. The hair that is taken from these donor areas is then transplanted to the top areas, mostly transplanted in the front top area. Most of the hairs from these donor areas is taken permanently. This is a surgical procedure in which the scalp is numbed to provide this procedure.
- Hair Transplants Advantages – The hair transplant technology can now add single hair grafting alone the very front hair line. The hairs that take to the hair grafting will appear to be almost identical to the natural growing hair. These hair transplanted hairs will become growing hairs.
- Hair Transplant Disadvantages – Hair Transplants usually only work well during the beginning stages of losing hair for men, women and transgenders. The reason being – the donor areas are only about 25% of the full head area verses the needed thinning and bald areas are mostly 50% to 60% of the entire head area. Therefore, there is never enough of Donor areas to fill-in all or even enough of the thinning and or balding areas. Simple put – there will never be enough donor area to fill in nearly enough of the thinning and or balding areas. If too much donor area hair is transplanted this will cause balding areas to show within the donor areas which are the original thick areas. The hair taken from these donor areas never grows back therefore causing these donor areas to become much thinner forever!
Invisablend® Micro Strand® technology comparison to Hair Transplants:
- Natural human hair is added to the Micro Strands® (a transparent webbing the disappears upon contact of the scalp) – ONE human hair at a time which replicates the same way hair grows out of the human scalp. So, there is no limitation to how much hair can be added.

- The Invisablend® Micro Strands are also customized by adding specific percentages of hair per each diamond opening. Therefore, future customizes specific percentages of hair per each diamond opening area. This creates a perfect balance of hair which therefore enables full flexibility.
- Invisablend® Micro Strand® technology works commonly and well with any kind of Hair Transplant. Within areas that are not filled in enough through Hair Transplants – Invisablend can fill in these areas more to complete the filling in process. Also, within areas that could have had hair added from Hair Transplants – the Micro Strand technology can fill in these areas also, therefore completing and creating a finished balanced head of hair.
- All the client existing original hair and all of the individual’s hair transplanted hairs will fully be used. None of the individual’s original hair and or the hair transplanted hair will ever be removed or covered, like with all other hair systems that cover and or remove the existing hairs. But instead, when using the Micro Strand® technology – 100% of the existing hair will be used by just adding additional hairs in-between the existing hairs.
